MARCH 2011—Interior construction is underway and on schedule! By the end of March, roughly 30% of construction has been completed. Work has included framing and drywall on both the first and second floors. New windows have also been installed, nearly completing all exterior work. Renovation is expected to be completed by late summer 2011, with occupancy to follow in the fall.
