| AUGUST 2010—The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) awarded Places at Page a mix of federal/state low-income housing tax credits, stimulus funds, and bonds that provided a significant portion of the $5.7 million project budget. In fall of 2010, exterior work on the structure included tuckpointing and repair of damaged decorative stone. |
