Requires: Minimum of high school diploma AND 4 years of experience in mental health field. Bachelors Degree in Social Service preferred.

Substance Abuse Specialist

Places for People seeks full time Substance Abuse Specialist on an A.C.T. Team to provide recovery focused services and engagement to people with mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Job duties include facilitating groups and 1:1 substance abuse counseling.

Requires: Master's Degree in a Social Service field with licensure or substance abuse certification. Knowledge of mental illness/substance abuse a plus!
