Description

BREATHE is an evidence-informed emerging practice to promote wellness and reduce burnout in the work and personal lives of helpers. In the training day we will explore the principles of burnout prevention and learn and explore a variety of coping and wellness practices to enhance our individual wellbeing, our workplace culture, and the services delivered to our clients. Each attendee will leave with a BREATHE toolkit and the beginnings of a wellness plan to enhance their positive experiences in work and in life outside of work.
